Deposit Policy
Reservations are secured by a deposit equal to one night's
stay or 50% for
extended stays of four nights or more. The balance of the room
charge is added to the credit card on file 6 days before
arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund is
available, less $25 per room, up to 14 days in advance except
during fall foliage which is 30 days. Cancellations received
7-13 days before arrival will have the deposit refund less $25
only if the room is rebooked. The $25 is available as a credit
for any future stay. For cancellations 6 days or less before
arrival, the full amount of the stay is charged unless the room
is rebooked. Guests
arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who
fail to show, are responsible for the entire stay. Major
holidays, fall foliage and special events require a 30 day
cancellation notification. |
